Garden organics toolkit
Graphic elements have been designed to help residents understand how to separate waste correctly, including:
- Icons of materials accepted in the GO bin system, or taken to special drop-off points.
- Graphics of the three GO bins and related household waste bins.
- Graphics of hand gestures to indicate positive waste sorting behaviour.
The toolkit elements are flexible and can be modified to complement each local government’s requirements.

Individual assets
These graphics are used by local governments and regional councils to communicate with their residents about how to sort out their waste correctly and reduce contamination. These graphics can be used at any time as they support ongoing communication and education on the kerbside bin services.
